How to Order

1. Simply browse for products using the categories, these can be located on the 'Home Page' on the left hand side of the screen

2. Then you can simply add items to your shopping basket, from our basket you can check the contents and make changes at any time.

3. When you are completely happy with your order, you can continue to the 'SECURE' payment section. We accept most major credit cards with the exception of Amex. At this point you will be asked to set up a password with us, this will allow you to come back and login saving your address and previous order details.

4. If you would prefer to order by telephone; please have your order details and credit card ready and call 0871 855 2000 quoting ELOW. If you would like to order by fax, complete the online order form with your credit card details and fax to 0870 300 0330 making sure you quote ELOW. Alternatively, you can post your order, not forgetting your payment detail or crossed cheque (sorry no cash please) to Easylife, Euro House, Cremers Road, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 3US. Please make cheques payable to Easylife.

Terms of Trading

All cheques must be drawn on a UK bank and credit cards will be debited in Pounds Sterling. Cheques are banked on receipt, while credit cards are charged once the good have been despatched to you.

All prices quoted on the site are inclusive of U.K V.A.T at 17.5%.

Despatch with Free delivery insurance The majority of orders will arrive within 21 days, but please allow up to 28 days. We deliver to the UK only. For Channel Islands and ROI please call for quotations.

Supplementary Delivery charge of £12.95 per item for heavy or oversized Items that are marked as shown.
 
Heavy furniture is delivered and positioned in your home, and can be returned free at point of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return the item(s) unused and in their original packaging within 14 days for a full 'no quibble" refund (excluding postage). We will refund any money due as soon as we have received and processed the returned product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
